Ingredients:
1 banana, frozen
1 cup of spinach
½ medium avocado
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp serve of flaxseeds
2-3 ice cubes
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until creamy.
Pour into a glass, top with fresh blueberries, chopping nuts and fresh mint - enjoy!
