Juvenate Skincare is an active, clinic-only skincare range, which means that you can only purchase our products from professional skincare clinics. Due to the nature of our active ingredients, you’ll need to have a consultation with a professional skin therapist in order to be accurately prescribed the correct skincare for your skin - this is to ensure you get the best results!

What products are right for me?

How long should my product last?
Each Juvenate Skincare product will last you approximately 4-6 weeks with most applications being twice daily.
Once opened, how long should my products last? And where can I find the expiry date?
As a boutique skincare company, we carefully manage our stock and produce new batches of each product every 6–12 months. This ensures that all products purchased online or in-clinic are always well within their expiry.
Once opened, our products have the following shelf life:
- Moisturisers: 18 months
- Serums: 18 months
- ReShield SPF20: 2 years
- Cleansers: 3 years
- PhytoRenew Face Masks: 3 years
- LiPerfection: 2 years
- PhytoProtect: 18 months
For professional use only:
- TDM: 18 months
- Lactic Peels: 18 months
- VitAPeel: 18 months
Who do I contact about my current Juvenate products?
All questions regarding the Juvenate Skincare products you have, are best to be talked through with your Juvenate skin therapist. They know you and your skin so are best placed to answer any questions you have
Where do you source your ingredients from?
Our ingredients are sourced from all over the world which allows us to include the best ingredients and actives possible in all Juvenate products.
Where is Juvenate Skincare made?
All of our skincare is made right here in New Zealand with the exception of our Face and Neck Masks which are made thoughtfully in Taiwan.
What is your packaging made from? Is it recyclable?
Our new packaging was designed with sustainability front of mind! Our airless packaging is made from recycled plastics (some from the bottom of the ocean!) and our tubes are made from sugarcane. We are committed to closing the loop when it comes to recycling and have teamed up with Future Post who takes empty packaging and transforms it into fence posts.
Is Juvenate Skincare chemical free?
Juvenate Skincare combines the best that nature has to offer whilst working with the world’s leading actives to create clean, green formulations that are extremely active and effective for your skin, without including any nasties or harsh preservative systems.
Is Juvenate Skincare vegan?
Yes, Juvenate Skincare is proudly 100% vegan. We source a huge variety of plant-based active ingredients and combine them with some of the world's latest and greatest peptides and plant-based stem cells.
Is Juvenate Skincare cruelty free?
Juvenate Skincare is proudly certified as a Choose Animal Cruelty Free skincare range, which means that not only is our skincare range NOT tested on animals, none of our ingredients are either!
