Juvenate Skincare Shipping Terms

Shipping Within New Zealand

At Juvenate Skincare, we aim to deliver your order as efficiently as possible.


Delivery Timeframes:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
  • Standard delivery time varies depending on location:
    • North Island: Typically 1-2 business days
    • South Island: Typically 2-4 business days
    • Rural deliveries: May take an additional 1-2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


International Shipping

At this time, Juvenate Skincare’s New Zealand website only ships to New Zealand and wholesale to Australia.

For other international orders or to shop retail to Australia, please visit our global website at www.juvenateskincare.com.

Courier & Tracking

  • All orders are shipped via a tracked courier service. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  • If you have not received your tracking information within 2 business days, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@juvenate.co.nz.

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Juvenate Skincare is not responsible for delivery delays or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you need to update your address or order details, please contact us immediately at support@juvenate.co.nz. Once an order has been dispatched, changes cannot be made.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
