Return & Refund Policy

At Juvenate Skincare, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. Below are your options for returns and refunds:

Incorrect or Unwanted Products: If you receive a product that is incorrect or no longer wanted, and it remains unused and unopened, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@juvenate.co.nz for a full refund. Refunds will be credited to your Juvenate Skincare account, excluding shipping costs. Please note, returns of opened and used products are not accepted.

Returning Products: To return an unopened and unused product, email us at support@juvenate.co.nz to obtain a return authorization and mailing details. Ensure that the product is well-packaged for return. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages. Return shipping costs will be borne by you.

Missing or Damaged Products:

  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damage to info@juvenate.co.nz. Our team will assess the damage and determine whether a replacement or compensation is appropriate based on the severity.
  • Missing Products: If your order is missing, please check around your property and with neighbors. If it still cannot be located, contact us at info@juvenate.co.nz. We will attempt to track the item with our shipping provider and provide you with tracking information.

Refunds: Upon receipt and verification of the condition of your returned product under our 'Returns' or 'Missing or Damaged Product' policies, we will issue a refund to the original payment method and send you a confirmation email. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.
