This simple chia pudding is rich in skin-loving nutrients. Chia seeds are a natural source of omega-3 fatty acids, known to support a calm, balanced complexion and help maintain hydration from within. Paired with antioxidant-rich berries, this recipe delivers a boost of vitamin C to support collagen production and promote a brighter, more radiant-looking skin.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup milk of choice (coconut, almond, or dairy)
• 5 - 6 Tbsp chia seeds
• 1 - 2 Tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
• A splash of vanilla extract
• Pinch of sea salt
• Frozen or fresh berries
Optional toppings: yoghurt, nuts, seeds, or granola
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk together the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
Spoon berries into the base of jars or glasses, then pour over the chia mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until set.
Before serving, add your choice of toppings for extra texture and nourishment.
