What currency will I be charged?
We are exclusively New Zealand owned and based; all transactions are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
What are your delivery charges?
* All applicable shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.
* We do ship to Waiheke, Chatam Islands & Stewart Island, however this requires special arrangements with regards to shipping and may incur additional freight charges.
How will I receive my items?
Your items will be sent via Track & Trace and cost will be included in the checkout process as per above. Courier charges may not apply depending on the total purchase amount.
Can I track delivery of my order?
Yes, you will be provided a bar-code number once your goods have been shipped, please allow some time to be emailed one by our carrier. Once the goods have been shipped you can track the progress of your delivery here - https://secure.passtheparcel.co.nz/Customer/Track.html
What if I am not home when the courier arrives?
If you were not home when the courier came to deliver your items a card will be left in the letterbox (or other safe place). In order to arrange for redelivery online please visit https://secure.passtheparcel.co.nz/Card or, you can collect your items from the local depot as per instructions on the card.
Do you deliver to PO Box Addresses?
As we use a courier service to deliver your order, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
Do you deliver to rural addresses?
Yes, and in addition we do not charge anything extra for your delivery.
Can I provide delivery instructions?
Yes, during the checkout process a comment box will appear for special delivery instructions. We will attempt to fulfil all special requests however some requests may not be possible.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to have orders dispatched and delivered to all major areas within 3-5 business days, for regional & rural areas this may take 2-10 business days to arrive. In the event of unforeseen circumstances delaying your order we will contact to you let you know.
Do you deliver to an overseas address?
We currently deliver within New Zealand, however we can make special arrangements for international shipping and payment.Please email: email@example.com
My order has not arrived, what should I do?
Please email our Customer Service team: firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will investigate with Track & Trace. You are also able to track your item as per instructions above to see where it is.
Has my order been shipped yet?
Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre, you will be sent an email to confirm that your order is on its way.
I have received a damaged item
It is our priority is to provide top quality products and services however if you receive an item that you believe to be damaged please contact us at email@example.com so that we can resolve this for you.
